About Laura Jennings

Laura is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) based in Melbourne, with a background in both nutrition and psychology. She works with individuals in her clinic and online, helping people improve their gut health, manage weight, and navigate life stages, such as, perimenopause and PCOS through a holistic approach that considers sleep, stress, hormones and lifestyle alongside diet.

Alongside her clinical work, Laura is a researcher specialising in the gut–brain axis, exploring how nutrition, mental health and physical wellbeing interact to shape performance and resilience.

She also develops evidence-based content for leading health, wellness, and biotech brands, combining scientific insight with clear, practical communication.
